Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you register for the 2026 AI Industry Brief, we collect two pieces of information:
- Your full name (as you enter it on the registration form).
- Your WhatsApp number (used as the delivery channel for the Brief).
We also capture standard advertising parameters from the link you arrived on — these include a Google click identifier (gclid) and any UTM tags. These help attribute the visit to the ad that brought you here.
2. How we use your data
Your name and WhatsApp number are used for one purpose: to deliver the Brief and the weekly research update to your chat. Advertising parameters are used only to measure which campaigns bring in readers, so we can improve them. We do not use your data to build a profile of your investment preferences.
3. What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with marketers or third-party list brokers.
- We do not send cold calls or unsolicited promotional messages.
- We do not use your number for any purpose beyond the Brief and its weekly update.
4. Where your data lives
Registration details are stored in a private spreadsheet owned by Lattice AI Research. The Google click identifier is kept in your own browser for up to 90 days, then discarded. We do not retain data longer than needed to deliver the service and attribute our advertising.
5. Analytics & advertising
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). They do not receive your name or WhatsApp number. Google's own policies govern how that anonymous data is handled.
6. Your rights
You can leave the list at any time with a single WhatsApp message. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you by replying to the Brief or contacting us at our registered address. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
7. Data retention
We keep your name and WhatsApp number for as long as you remain on the list, plus a short period after you leave so we can honour any opt-out request. After that, your details are removed from active storage.
8. Children
The Brief is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the record.
9. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we update this page and note the change in the next Brief. Continued receipt of the Brief after a change means you accept the revised policy.
10. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to the WhatsApp number that delivered your Brief, or to our registered address. See the footer of this page.
